Photo-Paint
Lesson #20
Photo-Paint

As you could tell, on Lesson 20 you start working with Corel Photo Paint. The first lesson was about exploring the application, but it's really similar to CorelDRAW itself. I decided to work with the text, brushes, and bitmap images and created a little collage --as you could see to the right. The thing about Photo Paint is that the program keeps everything in pixels, and the scrolling is a bit to get used to.

Lesson #21
More Photo-Paint

(For this whole lesson, I used the same image of Tokyo Ghoul that I've used in a previous lesson) With the help of Lesson 21, I practiced with drawing shapes, using the rectangle mask tool (duplicating a part of the image and then moving it around), took a look at the different paint modes (there are a lot!), and played around with effects.

Lesson #22
Intermediate Photo-Paint

Lesson 22 went more in depth on masks. I changed the shape of masks, duplicated them, filled them, and even distorted them. I was also able to create a mask out of text, and was able to play around wit layers.
