Adobe Photoshop was created for more of the photographic type of people. It's a strong application that can edit existing images, crop things out, and add things in. Even though it was intended for photo editing, there are enough options to where you could even draw things out from scratch. All of the tools that the application provides (and are still updating) prove this to be true.

CorelDRAW 8 is a common program that you could find in almost any company that works with graphic designing. It's a powerful program that specializes in graphic designing, layout, and editing. With the precise tools along the sides, you could create perfect lines which could be handy for the creation of logos and brochures. Apparently, it could also be used for the creation of websites as well.

Unlike all of the others, MedibangPaint Pro is free. Even though it's free, that doesn't mean that you should expect less from this program. Actually, this program is amazing considering that it's still updating for no cost. Out of all of them, it probably contains less tools, but I personally enjoy it because it's the program that I ended up being the most comfortable with. It's made specifically for manga and is translated to English from Japanese.
